Most of today was pretty dreary, however, I don’t mind because we could use the rain. So after running a few errands, the boys and I came home where we spent the better part of two hours doing puzzles.
After a quick rest time, Thing 1 and Thing 2 did some school. It was the first time in a while that I worked with both boys at the same time. However, it went well. It really helps that Thing 1 is able to do some of his work independently right now.
For science today, Thing 1 was going to be looking at an egg to learn about animal cells. Since Thing 2 didn’t take a nap he was able to join Thing 1 for science. It was a lot of fun to have both of my little scientist learning today.
Since the weather was amazing, like the high was only 84 today, the boys spent the evening outside.
