12 Days of Christmas : Day 7 {Glitter Swirl Ornament}

Written by Mommy Cameron | Homeschooling

These ornaments were another spur of the moment Christmas ornament.  It was a very cold and rainy day.  I think these turned out really pretty.  I might be trying to make one on my own.

(I created a stand out of a styrofoam block and a pencil to put the ornament on while the boys applied the glue.)

1.  Put glue onto the ball in any pattern you would like.

2.  Apply glue.

3. Let dry.

  1. What a fun idea. I love how simple it is yet they turned beautifully.

      Thanks, my husband even made a comment on these ornaments.

  2. We just bought a bunch of ornaments at the thrift store to make a variety of ornaments and we will definitely make these 🙂 We LOVE glitter 🙂

  3. These are cool! We may have to try this. We’ve been glittering glass ornaments by using the Glitter-It liquid. I wonder if I could use that…if not, glue it is!
